"The owner of the Hostal, José, was absolutely lovely. He was so welcoming, has a great sense of humour and helped us with our bags to our room. Room was clean, had hot water, very close to a nice café and right off the Camino for the fellow the fellow pilgrims out there! Highly recommend! "

"After finding out that the hotel is not 3 miles (as announced) but 45 minutes away from Redondela we arrived at 5:00 PM and we whatsapp the number on the window. The woman was rude saying that she called us which is not true, I have an international number and there were no instructions in the hotel-com web page. She said that she shouldn't be waiting for us. "This place is a combination of a hostel and a hotel. Can’t rate the hostel even though I am sure that it is good. But the hotel - two penthouse suites - is a marvelous place. It is immaculately clean, has all the necessary amenities and more, the owner is obliging and nice. A five star service for very little money. Highly recommended. "
