This holiday home is located in luxurious and modern Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, which is still partly under construction. The detached holiday home is located on the ground floor and has a living room with smart TV and a luxurious open plan kitchen with built-in appliances, such as a dishwasher and a microwave. There are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, each with two single box-spring beds in a double setup, a shower and a washbasin. One of the bedrooms has a TV. There's a separate toilet. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. Outside is a pleasant garden with a seating area and garden furniture. There's parking for one car directly at the holiday home. At Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, various types of holiday homes and chalets can be booked for four to sixteen people.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. Das Haus war sauber und schön, aber es fehlten grundlegende Dinge. Kein Korkenzieher, kein Salz, Pfeffer oder Öl, nicht einmal eine geöffnete Rolle Toilettenpapier und nicht einmal eine Ersatzrolle. Keine Anleitung für den Ofen, keine Anzeige auf dem Lüftungsschalter. Räume neigen dazu, von Ameisen besiedelt zu werden. Die Vorteile: Nähe zum Strand, Freundlichkeit des Reinigungs- und Wartungspersonals, Supermarkt vor Ort, Sicherheit in der Umgebung.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schmutzig, wir mussten bei Ankunft erstmal putzen. Die Küche klebt, die Couch ist voller Haare und Krümel. Es gibt weder ein Kinderbett noch einen Kinderstuhl obwohl wir dafür bezahlen. Ein Kinderbett passt auch kaum ins viel zu enge Schlafzimmer. Die Betten rutschen auseinander und lassen sich durch die fest montierten Nachttische nicht an die Wand schieben. Die Wohnung ist damit null kindersicher, was den Urlaub mit Kleinkind extrem anstrengend macht. Es gibt in den Bädern und den Duschen keine Ablage für Kulturbeutel etc., im Flur ist kein Platz um schmutzige Schuhe abzustellen.

Es war ok
Sehr schöner Bungalow, mit großer Terrasse und Wiesenstück. Sonnenschirm war kaputt, wurde schnell ausgetauscht. Eine Liege wäre sehr schön gewesen. Sehr wenig Geschirr für 4 Personen, Spülmaschine lief meist halb voll. Fenster sehr schnutzig, Wasser im Bad läuft nicht ab, Ursache: total verdreckte Siphon in beiden Bädern. Alle Informationen im Park nur über die App... wer kein smartphone hat, ist aufgeschmissen. Bargeldlose Bezahlung in der ganzen Anlage, auch Brötchenservice.Positiv, viele spielplätze und Müllstationen. Nette Mitarbeiter. Fahrräder sind sehr sinnvoll, da sehr weite Wege (je nach lage der Häuser)

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Abwicklung komplett über App möglich.
Wir waren eine Woche da. Ein schöner Nordseestrand mit zahlreichen Cafe, s. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Städtereise nach Brügge und Gent haben unseren Aufenthalt abgerundet. Empfehlenswert ist auch der Ort Sluis mit seinen zahlreichen Geschäften und Gastronomischen angeboten.

We booked this accomodation because there were pets allowed. It was my first time booking a holiday with fewo-direkt. After booking saw, that we need to contact the host because of our pet. I sent an e-mail 1 hour after our booking. The first response from the host was after almost 2 weeks! They also said it couldn’t be canceled. Terrible scam experience. A company should be able to answer e-mails the next day, so we could cancel the booking in time. After 2 weeks it’s not possible of course.

Tolle Gegend, sehr gepflegte, großzügige Anlage, Haus war schön und elegant eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Service war auch sehr nett. Wir hatten unseren Föhn vergessen und konnten uns beim Service-Point einen leihen. Wir hatten eine Mehrfachsteckdose benötigt und konnten uns beim Service-Point eine leihen. Im Park kann man problemlos Fahrräder ausleihen. Es dürften geschätzt über 300 Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen - auch E-Bikes in größerer Zahl. In der Anlage gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt und ein großes Restaurant. Wenn es etwas zu meckern gibt dann dies: Es gibt im Küchenbereich keinen Toaster (zumindest in unserem Haus) und nur eine Nespresso-Kaffemaschine. Das heißt Kapseln vor Ort kaufen (ziemlich teuer). Die Matratzen sind auch nicht unbedingt von bester Qualität. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir werden hier sicherlich nochmal Urlaub machen.

Unterkunft wie gebucht. Gut. Aber der Außenbereich (Terrasse) könnte mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Auch der vorhandene Sonnenschirm samt Ständer ist nicht mehr wirklich i.O. Die Anlage im allgemeinen ist sehr schön. Das Center samt Restaurant und Supermarkt ist wirklich toll.
