A Tranquil Retreat Near Amsterdam, Ideal for Golf
I recently had a delightful stay at this family-run property situated near a golf course, in lush, green surroundings. The hotel's location, room size, breakfast offering, and overall service were all outstanding. Location: The hotel is conveniently located, only a half-hour drive from Amsterdam's Park & Ride (P&R) services. The added bonus is its proximity to a beautiful golf course, making it an ideal choice for golf enthusiasts or anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature, not far from the city's hustle and bustle. Room Comfort: I was particularly impressed with the room sizes, which were more than spacious. The comfortable bed and elegant furnishings contributed to a relaxing and satisfying stay. Food & Beverage: Breakfast was a delightful experience. There's something special about enjoying a nice meal outdoors, surrounded by the hotel's serene, green landscape. The food was tasty, with just enough variety to cater to different palates. Service: The property being family-run added to the personal touch in service, making the stay feel home-like and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to assist. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to my next visit. It's perfect for those who want a blend of city exploration and tranquil downtime. Lovely accommodation although a little off the beaten track. It was perfect for me as I came over to do the extra parkrun on the Monday and some sightseeing & I didn’t know which event would be on. It was between 4 possible venues the ones at Leiden, Utrecht, Gouda & Amsterdam.

We stayed here because we wanted to visit Keukenhof. Everything was fine. It was raining so we couldn't spend much time in the De Sfeerstal garden but they too were beautiful. Would come back anytime.

A wonderful peaceful setting within easy reach of Schiphol Airport at great value for money. The room was comfortable and bathroom clean and well equipped. On arrival the check in was quick and simple with very friendly staff. As i was leaving before breakfast they kindly made up a box with some sandwiches, a drink and fruit. I stay in roughly 100 hotel and Bed and Breakfast rooms a year and this is one of the best.

Country charm and beautiful gardens.
De Sfeerstal is a unique property with beautiful gardens and country charm. Breakfast is an extensive choice of high quality food. My room was a good size with decorative touches and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge with a lovely hot shower. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you to you all.

Very nice b&b adjacent to town. Really good breakfast items eggs, bacon, cheese ,croissants ,etc. and freshly squeezed orange juice. Everyone speaks English which is pretty common in Holland

They had a nice book in the room with descriptions about their facility, nearby restaurants, wifi access and phone numbers nearby. The only place within walking distance was a golf course. They are on a good network of bike trails. The room was well furnished and larger than hotels in big cities. They make you feel at home and speak English well.

Stayed for a night before a morning flight the next day. Nice, quiet area. Not a lot within walking distance for supper. Hotel allows you to grab drinks from the bar and keep a tab. About a 20 minute drive from airport. Good but simple breakfast.

Excellent!
We stayed 4 nights at this lovely b&b. The room was large and comfortable with a generous en suite. Breakfast is served in the tea room and there is a huge selection to choose from. There are two terraces surrounded by beautiful gardens. The property is on the edge of a golf course so it's very peaceful but near several villages with decent restaurants. De Sfeerstal is in an excellent location for visiting Keukenhof gardens, Amsterdam or other parts of Holland. There is a wetland area nearby popular with birdwatchers.
