"Great place to stay. English is widely spoken which is a plus. Hotel location very convenient to local buses and trams. Also very easy to walk to museums and cafes. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and staff was very accommodating. We had connecting rooms which worked well for us and our preteen/teen. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Balint at the restaurant was especially helpful and gracious. We plan on returning to Vienna and will certainly consider staying here again. "

The only downer for us was the bed was a little on the hard side. The employees were all pleasant and eager to assist us. The hotel was close to many restaurants and a couple of grocery stores and bakeries. Would definitely stay there again. Also the hotel was very quiet and we never heard any noise from the hallway or other rooms. "
