I haven't communicated with the owner on any of this, as nothing was critical enough to warrant calling them at the time. So I'm sure it's already been corrected. "The VRBO was great. The host thought of everything--if you might need it, its likely there. Ron was courteous, kind, and considerate host. He should train other hosts on how to set up a VRBO. The hostess went above & beyond to help us settle in & provided food & even some birthday surprises on my birthday!
