"We loved our stay here. We deliberately wanted to stay in the heart of Old Town Nice so we could be surrounded by the energy, people, and culture. Everything we needed was steps away from the door or just a tram ride away.The apartment has plenty of space. "The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"In dieser Wohnung hatte ich wirklich das Gefühl, im Urlaub zu sein. Ich habe dort eine gute Woche verbracht und es wirklich genossen! Die Wohnung an sich ist nicht groß, aber sehr liebevoll und bedacht eingerichtet. Es wird beim Eintreten sofort das Gefühl vermittelt, dass es sehr sauber, hell und freundlich ist. Das Badezimmer mit Fenster ist etwas größer und ebenfalls gemütlich gestaltet. Es ist auch sehr angenehm, im letzten Stock zu sein, dadurch war es auch relativ ruhig von allen Seiten....

"The hotel was perfectly located for our needs, a five night stay to get to know Nice and go to Monte Carlo for the tennis tournament by train. All staff were welcoming and helpful, bar one (feedback was given to management), the petit dejeuner was good value. The room was compact but we travel light! Good bathroom and facilities. "Great location in Nice. Near the train station and airport. It is an older apartment and needs repairs. There is one bathroom that is split into 2 rooms. One room has shower and double sink the 2nd room has the toilet and small sink. Sofa bed is really bad so the 5th person had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. It is a self service apartment so bring your own supplies, including toilet paper. Check in was easy, communication was fine. Location is the best part."
