"Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!"

"Historic villa property beautifully restored in an amazing location with amazing view. Lunch and dinners on the covered veranda. Would have been better if bath for second bedroom were not down the hall. The owner was wonderful. At our request arranged for a private chef to come to the villa which was lots of fun, and delicious. She also arranged for restaurant reservation for the evening we arrived. Owner communication was excellent! We loved our stay!!!"

"There were no surprises when we arrived and checked out the house. It was very thoughtful that there were some food items for our arrival. Everything worked fine and the owner was responsible for a couple of maintenance issues. The yard lights did not come on the last two nights and we missed them. Getting around the area by walking is a little sketchy because the roadway is narrow. We found the ferry stop 10 minutes from the house very convenient."

Because the villa is so old, there were some tech issues that the manager was quick to resolve (tripped circuits when cooking, internet). Bedrooms had cold AC. "Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...
