"This property was super charming and cozy. The location couldn’t be any better- stunning views of the lower Niagara River and Lake Ontario from our room, and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops on Queen Street. The bed was comfy, the room was impeccably clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Melanie is the hotel manager and a real sweetheart. She made the check- in process easy and was very accommodating. The Pine room that we stayed in got a little warm (no individual room climate control), but we opened a window slightly and the temp was perfect. "
