Charming Cottage With Stone Fireplace

*** TO ENSURE THE SAFETY & PEACE OF MIND OF OUR VALUED GUESTS due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have input a more stringent standard of cleaning to include complete sterilization of surfaces in the cottage between guests. We are also asking any guests who travel outside of the country within a month prior to check-in to inform us so that we may comprehensively assess the situation ***

Stylishly decorated 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room. Completely renovated in 2015. Built-in banquette seating in kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking. Large shady backyard with pergola containing a BBQ and table for outdoor eating. Laundry facilities. One block walk to the lake to watch the sunset. Quiet residential neighborhood. Quality linens provided.

Due to the damage to property and cottage we no longer accept pets on this property; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

There is an additional fee of $25/night/person for a third or fourth guest (adult or child).
For a three or four guest stay both washrooms will be available. For a one or two guest stay the second washroom is available upon request with a small cleaning fee of $50.

Shakespeare Hamlet Cottage

This is a very cute roomy cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of room for two couples or a family to enjoy. We love being in Shakespeare Street so this was a great find for us. Owners were super nice and always answered our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This cottage was so comfortable and convenient, located about a half-block from the lake, a mile or so from the Niagara on the Lake shopping/restaurant area, and with easy access to the Niagara Parkway bike trail and Niagara Falls.

Everything was as described. The charming cottage was clean, tidy, and very welcoming. The distance from the lake and a short walk to town was great for us. Perfectly Quaint

My wife and I spent 4 days in at Niagara on the Lake and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The house was perfect for the 2 of us (and it would have been perfect for 2 more people as well). The 1 minute walk to the Lake to watch the sunset every night was a must. The neighborhood is a mix of cute, quaint and omg.

Relaxation by the lake

Hamlet Cottage was exactly as described and provided a picturesque location with easy access to the downtown area of Niagara on the Lake. We very much enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and easy stroll to the foreshore of the lake which became a daily pilgrimage. Easy access to the Falls and other interesting places to see. Our hosts were most helpful with the odd little issue which arose.
