"124 on Queen is a very upscale hotel and spa. We have been visiting Niagara on the Lake for 10 years, the town is beautiful with dozens of restaurants and shopping locations. This is the first time staying at this hotel. My first impression was that the staff is extremely proffesional, everyone we encountered was courteous and expedient. The rooms hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms are beautiful. Property layout is a little confusing, staff made sure to advise us that if we needed an elevator the would book us in the appropriate buildings. There are two restaurants on premises and one bar, if you want to eat at Treadwell make reservations in advance. We enjoyed our stay, thank you."

Wallpaper and paint is beginning to look sad and peeling but otherwise beds are comfy and it is a convenient location. "
