Welcome to my home!

You'll be MINUTES from the falls, restaurants and casino's! My place is located in a quiet community close to Lyons Creek and numerous cafe's, restaurants and grocery stores. The townhouse is brand new and nicely finished with modern appliances, high-quality finishes and free parking

The Space:
My house offers 3 bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, and 3 full baths as well as a powder room. I set up my home to create an inviting environment for all guests with comfy couches, new TV's and all the kitchen essentials you'll need!

Wonderful
I love this place it wasn’t far from Niagara Falls it was easy to get too. It had so many amenities we love it didn’t have to buy anything at the store not less you want something special like cokes or food . A great restaurant near food was great Betty’s restaurant. I would stay here anytime it was so good. Thanks a million.

Good stay. Everything was very clean. 10-20 minutes from all the Niagara attractions. PLEASE PLEASE have more towels and washcloths on hand for guests!!!! 1 washcloth for 2 people isn’t enough for 6 days. Otherwise great place!!!

Great Home
This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Niagara Falls, which is only about a 12 minute drive. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. The house is well appointed. It even had a basement with bathroom which could’ve been used for another sleeping area. We didn’t cook, but it looks like there was everything you would need to prepare and serve a full meal. There’s a small supermarket a little over a mile away. We are not used to doing home rentals but we needed the extra space. It was kind of strange to us staying in a house in a neighborhood, but it turned out to be just fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy and pleasant stay in the greater Niagara area
Very easy to find and check in as a property. Very spacious and good for large families or gatherings with friends. The home was well stocked with amenities and our host had even prepared things for the baby in the group. Overall, would very much stay again at this home

Family get away
We enjoyed the convenience of having a full condo. The entire home was very clean and everything was as promised. The living room set up could be configured so that the entire party could watch tv from the couches. It was hard for anyone in the love seat to watch. Also adding a tv to at least the master bedroom would be a bonus. Our parents are older and like to sit back and relax and it was hard for them to do that. Still way better than a hotel: would highly recommend

Just as described on the listing. Quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the "touristy" area of Clifton Hill. Would recommend to friends and would certainly stay at this home again!

A Fantastic Find! Do not let this rental get away when planning a trip to Niagara Falls, Canada! The Falls and all the entertainment you may be looking for is just a short drive. This new and very clean three bedroom, two and a half bath unit, looks just exactly like the pictures. The cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. The property management company is a website. This was my first VRBO rental experience with no personal contact with an individual, or a phone number and could only contact them by an email message. Do not let this lack of a personal touch keep you from renting. The rental property was perfect and there was never any need to make contact. There was every confidence that if an email had to be sent with a question or concern, it would be answered promptly. This two-story townhouse is perfect for families or couples. There is parking in the driveway for two cars. With the stairs to the second floor, this rental may not be ideal for very small children or the elderly. The step into the bathtub, to bathe or shower could be a higher than someone is used too. I believe that most would find that this is a perfect rental while visiting the Falls or Niagara-on-the-lake.

Awesome Niagara Hiatus
A friend and I were travelling to Ontario to visit my daughter at Uni. We looked at several listings on VRBO and were attracted this townhouse near Niagara Falls. Everything was perfect. 3 queen bedded bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a bonus room in the basement. It's a beautiful new property; On a relatively new development, tastefully furnished. We enjoyed thoughtful amenities like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry soap, snacks, tea, coffee, water… the list is endless. The bedrooms do need storage for folded clothes; an easy fix would be the hanging sweater storage units that can be used for storing underwear, etc. Washcloths would also be nice.Greg was quick to answer questions. Looking forward to returning in the future. The location was ideal for accessing Brock and the Falls. Definitely a gem of a place.

This place was absolutely amazing. We had more than enough room for our group of 5. The host Greg was available throughout our stay. We were close to the falls and more importantly very close to Walmart and COSTCO!! Yes for all you COSTCO lovers like me this was a big deal. The place was spotless. It looked just like the photos listed. We will definitely stay again. Check out is 11:00 which was perfect. Most places check out is 10.
