The master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk-in closet, luxury ensuite with walk-in glass shower and his-and-hers sinks.
Rooms 2 and 3 are spacious featuring Queen sized beds and shared full bathroom.

Wonderful Property
If you’re in the Niagara Falls area this property is perfect. Very convenient and close to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls attractions. The property was just what our family was looking for…the comforts of home away from home. We definitely recommend it.

Great location to the Falls and other attractions
Pearl is very responsive and helpful. Townhouse is new, everything clean and having a washer dryer is very helpful for those who spend a week. More comfortable seating in living area would make it perfect all around, but did not inhibit our overall trip as we were gone most of the time.

The property is beautiful and in a great location for Niagara Falls and surrounding areas. Very clean. I would suggest adding more furniture and kitchen plates and utensils to be able to accommodate the suggested amount of people able to stay

Wonderful place. Plenty of space for my family of four. Well stocked for us to have dinner at the condo. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Very close to all the Niagara falls attractions. Beds were comfortable. Definetly felt like a home away from home.

First time to Niagara Falls
We loved that the property was located in a cul de sac because we took nightly walks before we relaxed for the evening. The area wasn’t far from the Falls and restaurants but it wasn’t in the busyness of the city. The place was large enough for many people (3 beds/2.5baths) with garage for our vehicle. The host had waters and other drinks ready for us. Place was very clean.

Lovely new property
We enjoyed our stay in this new townhouse and did realise it would be out of town. It does still need a bit more furniture to make it comfortable. The welcome basket was a really thoughtful touch.

Great Townhome and host!
Great townhome and location not far from the falls. The host was extremely responsive to any inquiries we had. The check in and out process was easy and fluent. Our only recommendation is to have more seating in the living room and some night stands in the bedrooms. But not having those things doesnt change our review because everything as is worked fine for us.

Lovely, spacious accommodations
Lovely, spacious condo conveniently near Niagara Falls (25 minutes from charming Niagara-on-the-Lake village. Condo seems new and clean. Owner was responsive and very friendly. Because of condo’s newness, furnishings are still a little spartan (only 1 couch, only beds in bedrooms, no can opener or hair dryer, etc…), but this will surely improve with time. Overall a great stay!

A Place in Progress
The place is situated outside the main Niagara Falls area and in a new subdivision. There are no walking areas near this place so driving is a must. The owner was kind throughout all communication and the place was as the photos have shown. It is unfortunately, inadequately furnished and stocked for 4 or more persons. The place can only improve with time.

Birthday Getaway
This property was perfect for our family of 6. It is spacious, nicely decorated, a great location and very clean. Pearl was super responsive and friendly and even left a birthday treat for us! The only suggestion would be to have a few extra towels and kitchen cloths and perhaps a couple more plates and glasses should there be 6 people staying again. Thanks you Pearl for sharing your home with us. We will definitely come again and/or recommend this property to others.

Very clean. Nice location. No hair dryer or towel racks in upstair bathrooms. But is very new. Left us a few snacks and drinks. Which was a nice touch. Grea stay. Just a note we could not find the tv remote for the upstairs tv. Forgot about it till now. But we were sightseeing and really was no issue. Quiet neighborhood. Just as described!

Wonderful location and rental
My husband, son and his girlfriend all stayed in this rental for what turned out to be an amazing trip to Niagara Falls. The home itself is in a very secure neighborhood (lots of cameras posted) and the area appears to be a fairly new establishment with more homes going up. It was very quiet there which we loved. This home is also in a great location from everything. The drive to the falls was maybe 10 minutes and there were tons of restaurants nearby along with gas stations, a Wal-Mart, etc. We went outlet mall shopping one day and drove to Niagara On the Lake--highly recommend it. This was maybe a 30-minute drive. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics, along with paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent. The beds were glorious to sleep on--so comfortable!!! Pearl was always a quick responder to any questions we had and a wonderful hostess. The only small recommendation I have is perhaps to get more bath towels. With 4 of us bathing daily we had to wash towels every night--not an inconvenience but just a suggestion. I would stay here again if we traveled back to the falls!
