"Well, the apartment was OK, it wasn’t great. The host was responsive to our communications, however I found the Verbo app, annoyingly difficult and clumsy to connect on. The host accommodated a special request for us to leave our bags early, before we checked in, and I appreciate that very much. It was one of the main reasons I booked there. About the apartment, one light switch in the master bedroom didn’t work at all and the other one was difficult— it would take several tries to get it to...
