"Hej, Fordi man modtager et link fra Novasol, hvor 1 af fanerne man skal folde ud for at finde afhentningsstedet, gjorde at vi missede det og troede vi enten skulle afhente via nøgleboks ved lejligheden eller i en evt. reception på stedet. Heldigvis var Nina ved Novasol rigtig sød til at hjælpe. Men herudover var det umuligt for os at finde en liste over hvad man skulle medbringe (sengelinned, håndklæder etc.).
