"I have stayed here every year for 8 years now and totally love the hotel. The hotel is spotless clean, the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the disabled parking bays are not monitored, I have trouble walking but had to park the other side of the carpark because an ignorant person parked in disabled bay then took out his golf clubs leaving the car in the disabled parking bays for 2 days without mooving it with no disabled badge."

"The property was about a ten minute walk to the Royal Mile. It is also located near lots of shopping and dining options. There is a mall located around the corner and a tour bus stop across the street. The steamroom, sauna and pool were very clean and great temperatures."
