"Friendly yet professional staff from check-in to departure. Very comfortable room with well stocked hospitality tray and bathroom toiletries. Lovely to see large bath sheets for drying yourself. Evening meal delicious and lots of choices as was breakfast the next morning. Would definitely return if we ever had to come to Ayr again. Thank you"

My husband has a dietary condition and the chef and staff went above and beyond to make him food that he could enjoy even though it wasn’t on the menu. "A fabulous place to stay. Creetown is beautiful and the accommodation is friendly, safe, and spotlessly clean, as well as being very comfortable. It is also fantastic value. With a very comfy bed, great shower, free tea and coffee and a TV in the bedroom, this was a superb place in which to stay and unwind after a long day's travel. The manager is a lovely gentleman and was very helpful. I will look forward to staying here again soon "
