"The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. The location is fantastic and in the heart of the city. They don't have a restaurant but do offer breakfast. The rooms are plush and comfortable and well equipped for an apartment-hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again. "

"Our stay was pleasant. Our room had a musty mildew smell coming from the bathroom. When we informed the hotel, they tried a deodorizer for 20 minutes but when it didn't help, they moved us from a 2 double bed room, to a one bedroom king suite with 2 rollaway beds for the kids. They were extremely apologetic and left us a personalized note and a plate of fruit for our troubles.
