"We had a great time for new years with a group of 24. There was plenty of room to spread out. Location of the home is fantastic for skiing at Sunday River. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness of the home and the snow removal service. A few upgrades to pots/pans and sleeper sofa are recommended but overall a fantastic stay."

"Pros -- condo is modern and clean, exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Cons -- Vacasa (the property manager) was the worst. I think they just have AI bots and it's impossible to get a human. Before booking, I asked about an early check-in and they said they would check two days before the rental, and that it was a possibility (4pm is a little bit on the late side). When I followed up a few times, the AI would always say it was checking, and exactly 6 min later, say that it wasn't...
