Honor bar and snacks, plus homemade cake in the living area - what could be better? Delicious cooked-to-order breakfast in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and just regret that we couldn’t have stayed longer. Thanks to our lovely hosts!"

"The hotel sits in about the best location in Newquay, overlooking the town and the sea. The hotel itself is an imposing older building and is absolutely gorgeous inside, the room I had was a great size with a very comfortable bed. All the staff are very friendly and amazing with nothing too much trouble for them to sort out. This is the first time I've stayed here but it won't be the last."

"The description and reviews give an accurate picture. It’s in a superb location and overlooks the beach. Great places to eat and drink on your doorstep, so no need to cook if you don’t want to. It’s a basic/no frills accommodation -as described- but perfectly comfortable and clean. Great communication with owner prior to the visit. Would return "
