"Could not fault this flat in any way! Immaculate, and extremely well equipped flat. Everything at hand and equipment for eating in doors all available. Bathroom lovely and spacious and again appreciate the free toiletries. Lovely fluffy good quality towels. Bedroom very comfy and spacious!. Great storage for clothes and luggage. "The property is housed in a lovely stone building very befitting the Auld Grey Toon. When entering the property we were struck by how grand and beautiful it was whilst maintaining a very cozy and homely feeling. The decor and amenities were of the highest order. The underfloor heating in the bathroom is a welcome touch in the winter. The flat is very close to the main streets of the town. We never used the car in the 3 days we were there, we walked everywhere. On a practical note the check in...

"Booked a one week stay at this lovely bijou property. Small but perfectly formed. Beautiful location. On street parking, so a bit hit and miss, but we always managed to find a spot. A couple of small suggestions. The bedroom next to the kitchen could do with a night stand / bedside table. The kitchen table and chairs are too heavy and very uncomfortable. "

"As usual this was a wonderful base for our Xmas visit home. It is close to family and provides us with a quiet, peaceful, well-equipped retreat. As it was a Xmas visit it was nice to see an effort had been made to give the place a Christmassy feel. Nice to see the place is being kept up-to-date."

Only about a 10 minute walk from train station and most places walkable but also lots of buses if you want to explore. "We had a lovely 2 night stay here- place was spotless and all amenities catered for. Lovely quiet area and we walked in and out to St Andrews centre. Only criticism would be the main bedroom only has a patio door for ventilation which can’t be left open all night. There were no other options to open a window. This room has the boiler and the water heater so we found the room was far too warm during the night."
