"Very cute old house right on the beach but it needs some serious work.. if you open certain cabinet doors in the kitchen it hits the ceiling fan, they had the dryer door taped shut but of course it kept popping open so the dryer is unusable, stains on the carpets and wood floors, missing outlet covers, the back deck is seriously unsafe you feel it sway with any small movement and it needs a good deep clean the ac filter covers are caked in dust and they’re Cobb webs in a lot of the corners....

Though his old house is long gone - this took him back to his childhood days and as it turns out - he once knew the people who lived in the cottage. "The property was not clean. Dust on fans, counters had a film on them, mold in shower, dirt under beds. Lacking in fire alarms. Ceiling fans did not have all the light bulbs or were burned out. The pictures did not show the true age of the property. We could only get to the backyard through the side fence where someone else had entrance to the 'mother-in-law' suite, so we couldn't let our dogs out there. It was one of the reasons we rented the property. The location was what we expected."
