"Came down from Washington state for 5 days. The location is easy to get to, the condo was right on the beach with great views. The condo was clean and the kitchen well appointed. Lincoln City is such a great place to relax. The manager was great to work with and easy to get ahold of. We loved our stay. Thanks."

"Fantastic location, condo had everything we needed and for the most part it was clean. Living room windows and door need cleaned and behind master nightstand needs orange food crumbs vacuumed. Noticed that when we were looking for outlets. Carpet pad needs trimmed as it is wider than carpet. "

"My wife and I had a lovely stay in this rental. We were here for two nights in late September. The place was clean and well appointed. The access to the stairs that lead to the beach is literally feet away from the back door. The sunset views are spectacular from the window. This is a cozy place for two people. There is a bit of traffic when others in the complex pass by to use the beach access stairway. Everyone was courteous and quiet. It is not a private place."

"We have stayed many times at the village in various condos. Larger ones when family stays with us. One bedroom when by ourselves. We love the ocean front view here. This condo is great. It is starting to show some wear, particularly in the kitchen, where cupboard doors won’t stay shut. But we would stay here again in a minute. We made a couple of requests of the property manager and received immediate responses. "

"Great time. Sofa bed not the best but everything else comfortable clean and convenient. My friend loved being near the casino. I loved pool and hot tub. Gas fireplace was beautiful but broken. Management sent maintenance but they couldn’t get it to function. Overall we would book again hoping for better fireplace and sofa bed. "

"Our weeklong stay at Sea Gypsy was just perfect for us. The condo was the perfect size for us and we loved the ocean view from the second level. The weather cooperated and we were able to open windows and experience the sound of the surf. A nearby walk on the beach was easy as was access to nearby stores, museums and other local attractions. It made for a reasonably priced and enjoyable week at the beach for us."

We traveled with our daughter and her 2 month old and never heard her cry from the next bedroom, nor did we hear any neighbors. We loved the 7 miles of walkable beach and were able to walk to shops and eats as well. The private hot tub was amazing."
