Located in Newport Beach at the Balboa pier, this unit has been completely remodeled. Granite counters, stainless appliances, and recessed lighting. New bathrooms with granite, travertine tile, and sleek glass shower enclosures. The unit includes high-speed internet Wi-fi access, and two flatscreen TVs ( living room, and master bedroom). Direct TV with all premium movie and sports channels included.

Walk to the Fun Zone, the Balboa Island Ferry, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The world-famous surfing spot "The Wedge" a just a short walk from this location. The greenbelt in front of this unit is great for kids and allows easy access to the beach. Available year-round, Dogs, are considered at the owner's discretion. If Pet (s) are approved there is a separate pet contract that must be completed at the time of booking. The owner has similar property next door for larger groups or joint family vacations. Perfect stay
I rated five stars on everything because it was. Traveled with teenagers and it was great for them with so much to do. Adults did a lot of people watching and great walks. Newport has always been one of our favorites and location was perfect

Another perfect stay
We are repeat visitors to this property and we continue to love it as much as we did the first time. Ed is a perfect host - responsive and friendly. The property is perfectly situated, well-appointed, easy in/out, and strong, reliable wi-fi. The location couldn't be more ideal - right on the beach, easy access to Balboa Island, the Wedge, etc. Looking forward to returning next year.

Our family had the best time at this property. The property was in great shape and the location couldn't be better. The grass field right outside and between the home and beach was perfect for our family. Ed, the host, was also very gracious and helpful when we needed him.

We really enjoyed the house, beach and the large grassy area with soccer goals! It was so nice for my 80 year old mil to be able to go back to the house when she needed to. It was great!

Great location for a family on the boardwalk
First and foremost, great interaction with the owners. Truly wonderful people. Made sure we had a great time in our rental from letting us know what to expect to ensuring all was well during our stay. In a great location with a field for the kids to play and the ocean right there. Quieter location way from all the beach traffic. Clean rental with incredible patio. Thanks again and hope to visit again soon!

Great beach getaway
Great location for families, particularly with a dog. Loved the large grass park right at the beach. Large patio area—fantastic for our dog who loved to relax and people watch. Clean property, great location. Kitchen well equipped. Only downfall is tight footprint for a family of all adults—not a problem with a young family. Not a big deal though as we were mostly at the beach. Friendly owners. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful beach and grass field just in front. Plenty to do in the area, but also close to the 55 to head to Disneyland. The host was very helpful and kind.

We have stayed at this location many times and it never disappoints. Perfect for little kids with the grass field in front, beach, park, close food, and fun zone. Super clean and homey. The owners get back to you quickly and are very friendly.

Perfect place on the peninsula
We loved this property. It's perfectly situated for those who want to be on the beach, but in a place that's a little bit quieter and away from the fray that's closer to the Newport Pier. The place is clean and the owners are amazingly responsive and helpful. We can't wait to go back next year.

We had a wonderful time at this charming beach house! It's great for two couples and two children--although we had only two couples staying at the house. The location is perfect and we could walk to the Balboa and Newport Piers, the Wedge and the Balboa Ferry. Thanks to hosts Ed and Alicia for a great stay!
