"The price was right and it was clean and the owner was very responsive. It was advertised to have cornhole boards, but the owner had to round them up for us (which he did). It is understandable they were not readily available, because it was winter time. We had a little issue with the pump connected to the kitchen sink and garbage disposal, but the owner addressed. The climate control was a little challenging with the in-floor heat and thermostat being in the adjacent basement unit. We ended...

"The location is great if you want to go snowmobiling; its very easy to get onto the VAST trail system from apartment. Unfortunately you need to leave your sled down in the back of the property, but its not very far. The interior of the apartment is very nice as was communicating with the rental agency. The only downside is that you can hear everything that is happening in the upstairs apartment. Every step that someone takes upstairs you can hear and can easily hear people talking as well. "
