"It was a bait and switch. As we landed in Ca received message our rental was unavailable and another in its place. Replaced home was substandard. Carpet filthy, no supplies ie dishwasher soap, shower gel etc. rate on website was lower than we were charged. Asked for the difference of $500. No response from owner"

"The home itself was immaculately clean. Our check in experience was very welcoming. Kien's instructions and brief messages all over the home were super helpful. Within an hour of entering we felt like we knew the home and the neighborhood. Even though I was occupied with the wedding my family were able to enjoy the hot tub, beautiful sunsets and the outdoor patio for family dinners. We stayed here for 10 days (originally planned for 7 but the host graciously let us extend our stay) and my family...

"My sister and i rented this beautiful property for a week while attending our nephew's wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owner was very easy to communicate with. He couldn't have been more helpful and had a good sense of humor. The neighborhood is on the edge of town, very quiet and secluded. Deer visit on a regular basis. The house has a very large deck that we spent a lot of time on. Some of the boards on the deck need to be replaced but we identified those early in our visit...
