"I was up on the 2nd floor so had to go up a lot of stairs with my heavy suitcase. The shower didn't function well. The water was either very hot or very cold. "

There was some initial confusion around whether my 2-night stay included breakfast or not (as my Expedia booking clearly indicated it did). When I reached out to Expedia, the phone support was insufficient and inadequate. The Guest House did make up for it with some tea / coffee / fruit / biscuits available inside my room."

"Self check in and check out with detailed procedure by emails. Female staff on our first day of arrival told us the ways and directions of going to town centre. Free parking was available. Transport to town centre is just outside hotel and is very convenient. A shopping mall is just around corner. Restaurants just a short distance from hotel."
