"It was lovely we were there for a two day break. Staff are lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was lovely . We had the full English which was presented well I had the gluten free version and couldn’t complain . Same for evening meal a varied menu and also a gluten free . vegan , and dairy free . That’s a great choice for people with restricted diets. Also being on the sea front you were on the promenade immediately. Our weather was glorious if a tad cold but it is only March . All in all delightful. . "

"We had a really lovely one night stay here to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. I had emailed the hotel before arrival to let them know of the occasion, and they kindly gave us a room upgrade and left a note and cupcakes in the room. Acknowledgements like this really make a hotel stand out and we were very happy. It was the first time we had stayed since the refurbishment, and all areas of the hotel are beautiful. The room itself was stunning, with views of both of the sea and the Mournes. We are local enough so the sight isn’t uncommon to us, but looking out at it from the hotel room was just spectacular! All the staff are very kind, courteous, friendly and hardworking. We dined in the town but had a couple of cocktails each in the Wolf bar which were very high quality. We appreciate a good cocktail! The breakfast buffet was lovely. Thank you for making this a memorable occasion :-) "

"We had a x1 night stay here. We had a fantastic stay! William at reception was absolutely amazing – Very accomadating and professional, from giving us handy car park tips and tricks to quickly sorting out the aircon in our room, nothing was too much trouble. He also recommended coming down to enjoy the local music, which really added to our trip. The bed was super comfortable, and the TV in the room was massive! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops, which made everything so convenient. Overall, it was exactly the stay we were hoping for. "
