"Communication for this stay was great from booking through checkout. The day of check in went smooth and the host followed up on the day of checkout to make sure we had enough time to check out. We did have an issue with the heating on the third floor the first night but once we advised the host he explained how to adjust the vents so it wasn't too warm up there. House was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone throughout the house. "

"We only needed extra bedrooms and beds and did most of our activities with family in Chardon. This place was perfect! While the bed situation was a little different (a twin room and a twin bed on the upstairs landing), it is exactly what we expected based on the posted pictures. The house was clean, uncluttered, very comfortable bedsheets and towels, and coffee machines. Also, a nice sized living room and parking. Just what we needed! AND some good books and movies for those who had some extra...

"House was as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed plus extras. Enough space for my family, tvs in every room was a plus. Communication was good. The only thing thatbit was missing was a broom and dust pan, we wanted to clean up after ourselves during the stay but other than that our stay was awesome. "
