It is spacious just as the listing indicated and it is generously appointed with a full suite of amenities, even such as spare toothbrushes.Quiet, picturesque setting near to skiing and the lake. Ample parking. Would be happy to return in any season."

"This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!"

"We’ve been skiing at Sunapee with another family and kiddos for a few years. This was our favorite home with its proximity to the mountain and spacious layout. Kids had a great time and only complained on the day we ate out. Sarah and Ian were super responsive and wonderful hosts. Would love to come here again!"

"This workhorse rental meets the minimum, but we won't seek it out again or tell our friends. The kitchen is great for cooks and the open concept great room was a nice place to hang out after a day if skiing. However, the "nuts and bolts" of the house are a bit flimsy and worn out. The beds are tired and sag. Feeling the springs provided a rough nights sleep. M"

"We came to the Newbury area this past weekend for an early Christmas celebration with relatives who moved there recently and downsized so have no room for guests. I was lucky enough to find this home on Vrbo, only 15 minutes away. We arrived on Friday in wind and snow gusts and temps below 10 degrees. The second we were inside we were "at home." From the warm wooded walls, beams and railings to the charming and eclectic furnishings and decor pieces and the cozy beds, the home just felt...
