"My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here for Valentine's Day, and it was perfect for our needs. It's very easily accessible and easy to get to from downtown Newburgh/Beacon. Phyllis was very communicative throughout our stay and super understanding of the winter weather coming in the morning we left. Everything is as listed and we really enjoyed ourselves here for a winter retreat!"

"House was very clean and owners seemed kind and thoughtful. They was a bottle of wine waiting for us at arrival. Beds and linens were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. The view from the balcony is splendid with cozy outdoor furniture and an area for yoga or meditation. We just found the decor to be a little schizophrenic and overwhelming. This is a great place for two adults and a couple of kids to stay. If two couples are going, they would need to be very comfortable...

I would recommend this rental to most people with a few notes… *There is off-street parking which is good, but it’s a little odd for Units 1 and 2 in that you may need to back out of a fairly narrow curved driveway. Not a problem but something to note… I could see it being confusing or...
