"Linda was absolutely amazing with communication, She came and introduced herself and let us know if we needed to come to her. The house was very clean and well kept. We didn’t spend much time in the house because we were there for work but enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this house."

"Very easy to find. Short distance to the state park. Park was beautiful. Had a view of the lake, although the neighbor across the street is building a privacy fence, but you can walk a little and see the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Bring mosquito spray, they were bad because of all the rain they have been getting."

"The neighborhood is good. My son lives .5 mi from it so perfect location for me. It is on a major road in Dyersburg and close to a major intersection. I was aware in advance and it's not a real big deal. I was able to turn around in the very wide driveway and park headed out. It's a nice place and convenient. Love that the old style decor was still in the bathrooms. I definitely would choose it again."

"The house was easy to find, check in to, and met our needs. It was clean and as advertised. Only small complaint was that the screened in porch had holes under the door and in a few places so wasps and bugs got in. We bought wasp spray to rectify the issue."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It has a great rustic decor, plenty of space and beds, internet access, and a great dock and outdoor space. My boys and I fished right off the dock and took the boat out. The owner was responsive and personable. We will return and definitely recommend this rental to others. "
