These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants, and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located in the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.

Flat #5: This One Bedroom Suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. Featuring a modern kitchen, dining nook, and living room with an electric fireplace, plush couch, and chairs for ample seating, these sophisticated suites provide space for relaxation and privacy. The adjacent bedroom offers a queen bed, ample clothing storage, and a second television. The en-suite bathroom features a standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer. 

This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Every guest will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning and heat, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, Dish Satellite TV, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With this fantastic location and impressive amenities, we are confident you will be delighted to call the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country! This apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean, and right downtown in Newberg. I’m a veteran traveler and this was the most comfortable overnight stay ever! The only downside is traffic noise due to location but the hosts thought of that too and provided earplugs

We stayed for a few days for a wedding. Great location - walking distance to cafes and restaurants and only a short drive to airport (45 min) and downtown Portland. Would highly recommend.

We were so impressed with the comfort and amenities of this place. The location is super walkable and communication from staff was suburb. They even had a little bag of goodies for our pup. We are always so grateful for dog friendly spots. We will definitely stay here again when visiting wine country!

Very nice apartment with all you need for a fun stay in Oregon wine country. Easy communication and good WiFi. Comfortable bed and full kitchen. Good tv options as well. Soda was a bit old, but all in all a very nice apartment. We appreciated the bottle of wine offered as a welcome gift. Nice coffee and tea as well.

We've always wanted to visit Willamette Valley and found this gem. Right in the heart of Downtown Newberg and a short drive to oh so many wineries. The place was just adorable, updated, and had everything you would need to feel at home.

Came to see family and needed a place to stay that was this was convenient and clean and easy. Only one complaint and that was how noisy the mini split system was. Sounded like a fog horn every time it went off which was about every 30 mins.

This suite at Yamhill Flats was perfect for our long getaway weekend. Very comfortable and spacious. The suite feels like it’s been recently renovated from the furniture to the appliances. Would definitely recommend staying here.
