"The hotel room was extremely dirty with cockroach droppings everywhere. The bathroom was moldy and the carpet was extremely dirty. The bed had hairs and the sheets were wrinkled. I was offered another room that was not much better. So I had to make another reservation for a nearby hotel. I asked for a refund and i was told I would get it. It's been 3 days since I checked in and I haven't received the refund. "

"I stayed here by myself - which can always be a little nerve wracking as a woman. The staff was very friendly when I arrived and even helped me with the vending machine that was being a little finicky. My room was clean and the features worked fine - AC, mini fridge, water, toilet, etc. It was completely quiet during my stay with no sketchy people staying near me - I'm not even sure if anyone else was even on my floor, which was a nice change of place from other locations I've stayed at before....

"At first appearance we were more than skeptical. The property was under a massive renovation. I had learned this through recent reviews. But what i saw was a litte crazy and I'm in construction. "Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. "

"I like the facility location.i didn't like the fact i checked in and was charged for 2 nights that was already paid for thru expedia. Even though I prepaid I was still charged and now have to wait several days to get my refund. This is an inconvenience to me. This should not of happen if there was proper communication between expedia & riverview motel.. A phone call shouldve been made not an email to explain that my fees were already paid."
