Vijay was a great help getting us checked in and providing amenity information. We arrived before check-in was available, but there's enough to do in that area that time flew by. The on-site restaurant was available for breakfast, and had some of the best croissants and tea I've ever had. Given the opportunity, we would definitely go back.

It’s a nice hotel, the rooms are nice, but nothing really pops out. The location is great for shopping, a block from Central Park and half a block to a subway station. The rooftop French restaurant has great food.

The lobby is small and there are a few amenities close by. But the Paris restaurant next-door is wonderful. There were a few occasions when I went to the front desk ask a question or request help, but there was nobody there since the receptionist was outside the hotel.

Housekeeping was very helpful and always showed up to clean even after we told them to come back later. The room service they offer is fairly delicious and open pretty late. Overall great customer service and they don't charge extra to hold your bags if you have a late flight back home.

I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member. Marriott should be embarrassed by this facility. The room has broken wood furniture from the 1950. For the price due to the provoking to Central Park I would recommend staying a a more modern facility with functional elevators and taking an uber. Marriott shame on you

The stay was unbelievable GREAT as Joe and the ENTIRE staff from reception, concierge, room service, door staff were TERRIFIC!!
