"Ana was very accommodating. We had to check in later than planned because of a late flight. The check in process was seamless. Ana buzzed us in remotely from the lobby. The condo door keypad generates a 2 digit code you repeat and then you enter the 4 digit code Ana gives you. Easy. The home was very quiet and comfortable. "

With no instructions on how to access the unit, we contacted the host only to receive an email stating that our reservation had been cancelled, without prior notification. "Overall, very good experience. Suite was very clean and well kept. It had high end appliances, and comfortable furniture. We could not get the thermostat to work, and the suite had poor air circulation, even with the windows open. It got very warm trying to sleep at night. We had trouble getting the garage door for the parking garage open, and had to rely on other residents that pulled up behind us to open the door. "Such an amazing experience, me and my boyfriend spent the weekend there and the host was amazing. Host was extremely friendly and provided us with amazing instructions, we had no trouble finding where we needed to go. The place itself was absolutely beautiful and host provided local areas where we could dine. Overall an amazing experience we hope to be able to spend time there next summer! "
