Heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Prima bedden en er is een hotelbusje dat je kosteloos naar diverse plekken in Taipei brengt

Excellent hôtel
Hôtel très correct à tous points de vue. Seul Bmol, le restaurant de l'hôtel (excellent pour les déjeuners) laisse à désirer quant à son menu du soir (mais ils étaient en rénovation). Également, les environs ne sont pas très bien garnis en facilités (mieux vaut le centre ville).

전반적으로 나쁘지 않지만 호텔이 꾀나 멀리 있습니다. 셔틀이 존재하지만 늦은 밤 도착하시는 분들은 이용하시기 어려운 부분이 있습니다. 그외에는 나쁘지않은 호텔이었습니다.

Not recommend for biz trip stay
it was very noisy in the nights from the next rooms. Even I called the reception, the next room neighbors were still super loud. The room isolation was really bad. I was unable to sleep. The bathtub was always dirty during my stay. The cleaner never really did the clearing. The entire room facility looks old, not really reaches 4 star hotel. It is a very bad experience of staying.

服務貼心親切，住房寬敞舒適。插座大都是兩孔日規式，用電腦須轉接。這次用的時間短，所以未到櫃臺詢問轉接頭。早餐就普通了些。

Nice stay
The room is spacious and comfortable. The shenkeng old street which is a few bus stops away is exciting and lots of nice food there. Breakfast around the hotel is nice. The free shuttle service provides a convenient way to travel out of the hotel.

市郊安靜的飯店
A nice and quiet hotel near Taipei city. Good facilities and convenient parking lot are provided. The front desk staff is friendly and warm to guests.

Location of hotel medicore.
Chickens foot in the soup at restaurant, I have heard of stock with bones but....ugh. Buffet in dining room excellent selection, minus fruit and other western selection. No control on thermostat. Caught a cold. Had to shut the damn thing off. Nice city hotel did provide a shuttle.

近深坑老街的好飯店
乾淨舒適，停車方便，近深坑老街，早餐不錯, 電視節目則普普, 住的房型除了一個雙人床, 還有個單人床, 還有個書桌, 如果要閱讀, 不會干擾到在睡覺的人. 窗外風景不錯.

Like the Free Shuttle Bus Services offered. Do remember to book in advance on the timings for pick-ups at designated areas as there are limited seats (up to 7) per round trip..

房間大，雖稍舊但無礙，只是地毯看起來稍髒了。人員親切，房間配備優。
做為木柵動物園,貓攬及十分瀑布,平溪,深坑老街兩日旅的中間過夜站正好，但自駕會較方便。服務人員皆很友善，並有耐心解疑。唯一一點意見是:入住需刷卡千元當押金，待退房整理確定無誤，才由飯店再申請信用卡退款。雖然是為了保障飯店損失，但相對的是對旅客的保障增加了疑慮。在旅客離開後，又怎麼去衡量萬一有損失產生的扣款呢？(其他飯店即使入住需押金，也都只是過卡，並在退房時，當面撕毀簽單，較令客人有安全感。)

放在冰箱內的一整袋蔬菜沒帶走, 未經確認就被丟了
當天中午退房, 晚上約七點打回飯店確認, 接待人員一開始說找不到, 我認為當天若有整理房間不可能沒看到, 況且一整袋蔬菜放冰箱沒有看到有點扯, 請飯店人員再次確認, 此時已覺得處理有問題, 後來飯店人員說隔天再通知我, 但一直到隔天下午都沒有人打給我, 還是我主動回電, 讓我再等了一陣子才告知我說東西在當天已被丟棄, 飯店價位不低, $3800雙人房不含早餐, 卻沒有該有的水準, 遭遇這整件事情說明飯店人員處理事情流程有問題, 極度不推薦入住 PS 飯店人員事後有提出賠償, 個人拒絕了
