Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave. Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. Liked it, but wanted to love it!
Location is fantastic. Pool is large with ocean views. Beach is a few steps away. The place could be a bit cleaner and more updated,though. Dehumidifier wasn't working. Dust is visible on the ceiling fan. Coffee machine is carafe only, we were hoping for pods. The host was very responsive and helpful. Self check in was a breeze. Our 4 star review is more like 4 and a half, honestly. We will gladly come again with the hope for a tiny improvement.Thanks!

The room was dirty and very small. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was no soap, shampoo, or any toiletries. Bring you own anything you may need. Musty smell, not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but definitely not worth the price they are charging. Parking is difficult and there are not ample spaces for everyone to park so beware! If you have a vehicle that is not meant for off road use you may have to park in the sand parking area to the side of the property. All in all, not what we expected and not worth the money. 10AM checkout time is not ideal either

This so-called "Studio retreat" is like a motel room split in half. very small. Completely uncleaned or unsupplied for incoming guest. Could not reach host as info sheet said. Finally contacted host, whom wasn't overly concerned and ended up concelling the weekend rental. This whole complex has gone downhill .

This is such a great spot right on the beach. The air conditioning unit was annoying and kicked on and off very loudly. Place was a little more run down than expecting, but overall happy with location and price value.

We liked the location. It was on beach and 1st floor. The pool was refreshing and because we stayed over on a Saturday night, quiet on Sunday because most people were leaving. Pillow choices were great. Beds were noisy when moving and air conditioner woke us up each time it kicked on. It was not worth the final price of 199.99 for an overnight stay.

It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.

Upon arrival to my room, there were dirty linens on the floor in the corner, a broom, and dust from air conditioner all over the floor. The property manager did respond immediately. She also provided a cleaning fee refund along with another room. The new room was clean and comfortable enough.
