"First, I had to reach out to the property late Monday night with an issue with my booking. The person I talked to was fabulous helping me resolve something. At check in the next afternoon the person running the cafe seemed less than interested to be helping me, but I was able to check in quickly and get to my room. That really upset me, because I was still sleeping! Check out time is 11am, so why are they banging on my door at 10am? I heard them do the same thing to my neighbor!! This is unacceptable! I enjoy staying here, but this is one thing that will get me to stop staying somewhere. "
