Beautiful newly built home right just outside of the French Quarter and Downtown! A quick ride to the many shops, galleries, restaurants and bars that New Orleans has to offer. Clean design with quality furnishings; this home will be your sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. Located between Mid-City and the French Quarter, which offers a rich cultural experience of architecture, dining, local art & shopping, pubs and bars.

This modern home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. You will have everything you need in this thoughtfully decorated space. Kitchen has all appliances and cooking requirements - dine inside or out on the balcony! Washer and dryer in unit. Relax on the outdoor balcony underneath historic 100 year old oak trees!

The home is the upper floor of a duplex with a private separate entrance from the downstairs unit and no shared spaces.

This neighborhood is walkable. Bike riding is also a great way to get around the city. Restaurants, shops, galleries and bars are all within blocks.

The only complaint I would have is there is not a designated parking space. Also, when I got there I tried to reach out to the host could not get a response. Beware you have ro park on busy street. Other than that it was good. I noticed a review from another about the kitchen faucet being loose. It still was but, it was manageable. I would also recommend a lamp in the living room somewhere even a floor lamp and a long Mirror in the master somewhere..

Convient location
This unit was great for our jazz fest fun. Easy bus ride to the event and less crowds. Unit was clean. Walkable to several grocery stores. With a bit of attention - this unit would be great. When we arrived the unit was 80 degrees and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit had several maintenance needs. Staying as long as we did- the minor inconveniences added up. Some we let the owner/management know about and others we did not. When we let them know about the kitchen sink and trash can and ice maker- they sent someone out but the issues were not fully addressed. Faucet still insecure, no ice ( they offer to pay us back for a bag of ice) and the trash can still didn't work( electronic). Faucet in the master shower didn't work properly. Outlet in master near patio door didn't work. Blinds needed in the window above the door in master bedroom. Coffee pot did not have an automatic turn off ( not safe). Porch light flashed off and on all night. Dining room table and chairs wobbly unstable feeling. Kitchen sparsely stocked- salt and pepper shakers empty. Again for a short trip they would have been quirky - for nearly a week- they were noticeable. Appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer and keypad front door.

Great location
My husband and myself enjoyed this property with our friends. It was in a great location that was convenient to everything. The property itself was well maintained in a clean and quiet neighborhood. We decided this is the place we will always check first for availability when coming back to New Orleans.

This trip was amazing and the host & the property was stellar. The pictures do not do justice for how incredible this property really was. Pics worth a 1000 words
The apartment was exactly like the pictures in the listing. Everything was there that we needed. Owner was responsive to emails before we got there. Only thing needed were more towel racks to dry bathroom towels.
