"This worked well for us as a group of 4. Boat quarters are a bit cramped for sleeping but sprawling for hanging. We spent less time on the boat then we thought we might have because we were out at concerts/ shows most of the day. This would be a great spot for a single family who has a plan to cook rather than eat out and wants to be able to walk into town. "We had an amazing time on the lake and staying on this floating house. The house was as described and listed and the location was easy access. The ramp was a little steeper then we imagined so maybe including pics of the boat landing would be helpful! "

"The property is new and very well planned. The unit has 2 master rooms and en-suite bathrooms, which was perfect for our 2 families. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated in modern furnishings. The linens and kitchenware are good, but some extra pates, cups and mixing bowls would be great. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, but we did not use them as we ventured out each day. Highly recommend this beautiful and clean property!"
