"we loved staying at this house for almost a week while in Chapel Hill. it was spacious and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. the backyard is huge and well maintained and the farm in the back is a sweet addition to the vibe. the property owner was quick to reply to any messages and was very helpful! we would stay here again for sure. "My daughter got married in the Presbyterian Church on Franklin Street. The location could not have been more perfect. The house easily accomodated the 6 of us and was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The landlord was very responsive to requests for extra towels and early/late check in and check out. The front porch was a great get away for the Father of the Bride! Loved being able to walk to Rosemary and Franklin Street. I would definitely stay in the house again."

"We had a wedding to attend in Cary. Rented this house because it fit our large family. Each of my grown 4 daughters and husbands had their own rooms. Large yard, hot tub and swingset were perfect. Comfortable and clean with wonderful added touches. Host was very accommodating and responded immediately. This house is a must if your in the area."
