"We stayed on the weekend of Diwali (the beginning of the Hindu fiscal year), so we understood the hotel was short staffed due to the celebration. On our 3rd attempt at a clean room, we got one. The woman working at check in was very kind. Later that evening when we returned, our TV didn't work. Another lady at the front desk came up and called the owner who walked her through fixing it. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The next morning my biggest issue was there...

"This is our second stay at this beautiful property. We rang in the New Year at Mandolin Ridge and it was beautiful. We were greeted with the birth of two baby goats which was quite auspicious. The home is spacious and like going to a comfortable, beautifully appointed museum. Each room has hidden delights. A feast for the eyes indeed. The host, Loribeth, is considerate and warm as well detail oriented. It is clear she wants to provide excellence! Mandolin Ridge and Loribeth really deliver."
