"Beautiful location, really enjoyed the stay. The stairs are a challenge especially with no landing at the top. Didn't receive any notification about check-in and I got no answer when I called but when I checked the door was unlocked and keys were on the table. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. "

"Well-located for all the best Maine experiences (white beach/services at Pemaquid Beach State Park; puffin watching or ferry to Monhegan from New Harbor, stunning lighthouse & rock formations just 4,miles away), good dining options within 2-5 miles. Great setup for multi-gen families as most units have multiple bedrooms & kitchens. Gorgeous landscaping and beautifully maintained buildings. Loved the onsite pool and hot tub."

"No hot water for 2 days. Was told to expect a partial refund but none has been refunded View of harbor as depicted was not so. Well appointed kitchen. Close to New Harbor and Pemequid Point. Washer and dryer in a different building with restricted usage times. When used washer failed and we took wet laundry to Laundry in Damariscotta to finish."
