"The hotel is definitely small, but I would never describe it as uncomfortable. The room was cozy, warm, clean, and safe. There is a train that passes by often which I found to be relaxing, but if that would be an issue you should be aware of it. Not much in hotel-amenities but a working fridge, microwave, and shower is all I need. Word of advice: Don't go to the BP gas station for snacks, go down the street to the bodega and have a much better time. "

"This is my third time ataying at this hitel. Lovely place. This time my daughter received a considerable hard time from the check in staff. She did nit get the name of the dark skinned lady, who was unecessarily rude and nasty, to a young, black female soli travel. However, Soraya, the manager was exceptional. I gad dealth with her personally the last tine that i stayed here and she was exceptional, as well. It is shameful that jealousy and hatred were so prevelant in the other's lady heart....

"the property is in a good location, busses, metro and restaurants are less than 3 minutes away. Staff is very nice, I loved it. but keep in mind this is in the BX, if you want a quiet, gentrified neighborhood, this is not it."
