Inside, the main living space is filled with natural light courtesy of the bay windows and exudes character thanks to original, refinished hardwood floors. With an oversized sectional, it’s a hub for gathering any time of day and features a smart TV with streaming capabilities, as well as many books and games for kids and adults.
The well-equipped cottage style full kitchen is updated with new Corian countertops & stainless-steel appliances. The large adjacent dining room with seating for eight is perfect for gathering at mealtimes, working a puzzle or playing games. When the weather allows, step outside to the furnished patio, fire up the grill, and dine al fresco under the patio dining table umbrella.
The main level bedroom & full bath is perfect for individuals that prefer not to climb stairs and provides a great view of the backyard pool and landscaping. Upstairs you’ll find two more large bedrooms accommodating a total of 6 guests.
If you want indoor chill time, the home features high-speed WiFi and 4 TVs with YouTube TV programming & additional streaming channels available using your own accounts.

The pool is typically open from May 1 - October 1
The pool will be heated to 85 degrees prior to your arrival. If you wish for the heat to increase, please contact Vacasa after you secure your booking. The cost for additional pool heat is $25/night.
The hot tub is open year round.
Firearms and fireworks are prohibited on the property.
Glassware is prohibited on the pool deck.
An outdoor shower area is available, and guests are asked to rinse sand prior to entering the home, pool and/or hot tub.
YouTube TV programming & additional streaming services available using your own accounts.
Pack 'n Play, baby gates, & covered umbrella stroller is provided.
Beach bags, chairs, toys, riding toys, rafts, a beach cart, and some toddler life vests are available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
