"I needed a room for the night, and that’s what I got. It seemed clean, though a bit run down around the property. Wallpaper was peeling throughout the halls, and some bits had fallen from the ceiling. I received no communication prior to my arrival, so I had to contact the host to get into the building. He called me within 10 minutes and walked me through the property to my room, where the door was unlocked and the key was inside. He gave me two door codes, but the one closest to the parking...

"Wonderful stay! Check-in/out is super easy. Communication for questions or concerns is a breeze. The house itself is amazing- a super neat old house but beautifully updated. "One of my favorite places to visit because of the pool and the enormous house that is far enough from town to give privacy but also close enough that it’s not a huge drive to Walmart (maybe fifteen minutes). The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we need. Second stay and can’t wait to stay again. "

"I believe the house needs a porch light so when coming home at night you can see where the driveway is because it’s difficult to see especially when you do not know the area "

"this house was by far amazing! with the cold weather we had there was so much to do inside the house, from a pool table, to air hockey table, to fuse ball, to just sitting in the living room watching tv or listening to music this house was perfect. communication was so quick and easy if we had any questions! i definitely recommend staying at this house, and i can’t wait to book again!!"

"Check in process was smooth and we were able to arrive a day early which was very convenient. Initially I was concerned after we arrived as the home is directly across from a fire station and the alarm went off which was deafening. Fortunately I only heard it go off twice for the 5 days we were there so it was not an issue. The house was well equipped overall with exception of utensils. There was 1 spoon and maybe 2 or 3 forks. We had to buy utensils for our stay. Not a big deal just annoying....

"We came to Phoenixville to celebrate our family Thanksgiving, and had a good time in a great neighborhood in a house with many amenities! There was plenty of room for all throughout the house, and the games in the basement and bicycles in the garage were definitely enjoyed.
