"So I was looking for a place to stay that was near Reading to see a concert in Reading Pennsylvania Township to see the band called the beat members of the kings Crimson, but I thought an extra day was wonderful of relaxing and see my friends. This was wonderful to Creek. The house was very well maintained look like he was newly renovated I would say the only drawback is the house is very close to main road so traffic you can hear on occasion not a big deal. "I believe the house needs a porch light so when coming home at night you can see where the driveway is because it’s difficult to see especially when you do not know the area "

"The house was comfortable and perfectly located near the William Penn Inn. It was missing the futon so it sleeps 7 versus 8 but we had no problems. I would rent this one again. Excellent communication with the manager. Thank you for a great stay!"

"We came to Phoenixville for a conference and were grateful for the spacious, comfortable spaces for relaxing after days filled with lectures. All the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well set up for light meals and breakfast preparation. Keypad Access was super easy and Tony was just a text away if something was needed. Close proximity to the many restaurants on Bridge Street and off-street parking were important components to this comfortable location. "
