"A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. "We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. "Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!"

"My partner and I and 3 of our 4 kids (ages 22, 20 and 16) spent a week in Nevis and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cades Bay. "Nevis Palm is a wonderful house. We absolutely loved our stay there. The beach views and constant warm breeze made sitting at the pool or on the screened porch perfect. We had morning visits from goats and monkeys, which was a delight. The house was very clean and comfortable. The AC in the bedrooms was a plus. Mark and Bonnie helped us with travel arrangements to the island which was very helpful. Nevis is an absolutely gorgeous island and the people are so warm and friendly."
