"Nice property. Very quiet beautiful location. Was a wonderful week. Note a rental car is needed and part of the road to house is dirt/gravel. But this caused no issues. We had a nice visit from the monkeys. Was one of the highlights of the trip seeing the little ones. Had a great time on St Kitts."

"We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. However, we were disappointed as although the villa was very nice it felt claustrophobic having no where to sit outdoors and surrounded by tall plants and in the middle of the estate. "Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!"

"We had a great stay. The house is beautiful. The pool is well maintained. Mark helped to arrange transportation from the airport to the villa and also arranged a car rental for us. Everything was so smooth and easy. We loved the island. I didn’t know at the time of booking but later was told this side of the island is more windy than the other side. I would definitely recommend renting a vehicle to get around. I loved the stay, everything was smooth and easy. I would come again."
