"I was visiting the isalnd as my daughter was starting Vet School at Ross University. This was a lovely condo in Frigate Bay that is fantastic condition. It's close to the beach and numerous restaurants (go to Coconut Grove Cafe btw), a coffee shop and grocery stores. Best thing about this experience was the host - responds promptly, very helpful about the property and the island in general, and seems to really care about her guests and their stay in St Kitts. I would highly recommend this...

"We were so happy with our choice to stay at this property, part of Hamilton Estates. The pictures online don’t do the condo justice. The main living space was much larger than I anticipated. We were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the villa was so quiet. I never heard another person while staying. Great location, walk to the beach and Yachtsman Grill. Would stay here again. "

"We found our rental a good value. The location is not beach front as the photo implies. It is a 3 minute walk to the unit from the beach. The beach is flat, sand good, beach chairs nice and no reason to rush out and reserve one. Rent a small SUV to get around. Barefoot next door and Indian Summer has good food to walk to. The restaurant there has good pizza but were not impressed with anything else they served."
