"Good off city location hotel with the ubahn stop right outside plus a mcdonalds for emergency food & drink. Free parking, easy access & hotel check in, quick no check out departure. Rooms are quite basic but clean and comfortable. Noise level was not great with other guests making noise and children running round, the thudding noises can be very annoying. Otherwise a comfortable stay with excellent access to dusseldorf city centre."

"Loved the room - very modern and clean. The restaurant and bar were excellent - this was not a cruise; the ship was moored for a big conference in Dusseldorf. The bus we used to get to the conference was very nice & took us straight to the ship. The only negative was the walkway to get to the ship - it was very muddy and slippery (not really the ship operator's fault)."

"The hotel wasn't what I expected. Location is excellent but the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. You have to go to reception for a hot drink which I find ridiculous. You can find cheap kettles on the market so every room should have one. I was disappointed. "

"I was working in Europe for 6 nights moving around so i had to book a hotel each place i stopped. This place by far was the best. Friendly kind staff, especially Lucas. During covid its tricky to know where to stay and what services would be reduced. Lucas was our guy, he does everything and boy can he cook up a mean stake ! This place is accommodating, relaxed staff (who definitely go the extra mile) easy to park anf with great facilities. Im so proud to recommend this place to anyone as i too...

"Clean, very good staff, good breakfast But the only thing that i did not like the internet. Free internet can be used only in the looby. In the roooms there was no free internet connection. "

"Rooms are very small and not ideal for sharing, unless you are petite and do not have much luggage. Staff are impecably polite and attentive, cruise is spotless, offers a great breakfast, restaurant and bar are excelent and reasonable priced. "
